Overview

In 2019, Delta Research Centre partnered in a 6 month software as a service (SaaS) trial with an architectural firm in Singapore. This trial will involve letting the company try out an e-learning platform Delta has developed called Academy.

As the architectural firm has a strong culture and history of continual workplace learning, it was invited to participate in the trial as it has existing content that can be adapted and digitized to the Academy platform. The trial involves some of its workforce in other cities which can now take part in the training that was previously only conducted in-person at the Singapore office. The users for the platform will include learners as well as trainers who have uploaded their courses and are looking to engage with their students.

Project Duration: 6 months

Role: User Interviews, Contextual Inquiries, Usability Testing
